This probably has to be the most beautiful place I have been. It's the Banff Hot Springs. I was here in
March of 2001 when I was an official for the National Cadet Biathlon. Just imagine this.... when I was in the hot springs,
it was snowing but before the snow would reach you it would melt in the steam. Very Romantic !!! This is a must see if
you are ever in Banff.

Here is a picture of 2954 Barachois orienteering team in 2001, I am wearing the visor, but am not very visable.
We are in Pouch Cove and this is where I won 3rd place in the Senior category.

This is the closest thing to represent one of my major passions in life....Cadets. It is the Army Cadet
emblem and logo "Acer Acerpori", which means "As the maple, so the sapling". I travelled to ACSTC Argonaut for 6 consecutive
summers, 4 times as a cadet and twice on staff. I met many friends and have excellent memories of the place. I also was
able to travel to all of the atlantic provinces and to Alberta with this organization.

Oh my....lol.....this is the camp site that I stayed at summer of 2004 with Darren Downey and Geoffrey Pye.
We got drunk as skunks and raised a little hell down at Pub night. While there we met Wendy and Adrien from Ontario who were
in the camp site next to us. At Pub night we had a bawl...after getting turned down for a dance by a man that said he had
a bad heart, I got up for a jig with Sue and Carol (one of them was a Parol officer...lol.) who were from Ontario as well.
They we fine ol ladies who smoked like tilts and made the night a good laugh.
